Thollin arrived at sickbay still feeling nauseous. Despite all his efforts he had still not overcome the occasional bout of space-sickness. It left him feeling rather foolish. He stepped through the doors and made his way to the nearest unoccupied biobed.

NE Kilbourne approached the sick Tellarite.
“Can I help you?” She asked. Thollin nodded.
“The passage through the wormhole… Was unsettling.”
“Nausea?” She asked.
“Yes,” he replied simply. Kilbourne nodded and gestured to the bed he was already sitting on.
“You should lay down,” she said. “I’ll let one of the Doctor’s know that you’re here.” Thollin snorted in reply and lay down, draping his arm across his face to block out the bright light from the overhead.

A moment later a tall thin man in a long white coat arrived, tricorder in hand. He removed the scanner wand from the holster and started slowly waving it around the Tellarites chest area “I heard that you’re feeling a little nauseous” He said with a small smile on his face, the practiced warm smile of a medical professional.

“Just a little queasy,” he replied. “The passage through the wormhole was unsettling.” The scan confirmed that he was suffering from classic space sickness.

Benjamin nodded, looked at his scanner and read the results. He double confirmed them before moving off to the side. He went to a nearby cabinet and rummaged through it until he found the correct medicinal vial and returned with a hypospray in hand. He tapped on the device a few times preparing the correct dosage and placed it near the man’s neck “I’ll give you some anti-nausea meds, you should feel the effects almost instantaneously but you need to stay in the bed for a few minutes so I can monitor your progress, it’s a slow day at the office” He said with a more amused smile.
