“Fantastic. Why don’t you get another round and I’ll go find us a table?” Daggum asked as he stood up and looked around for a good spot. Spying one, he indicated it with a nod of his head and went to grab it before someone else snagged it at shift change. By the window, table for four… which meant elbow room.

“Sounds like a plan,” she said with a grin. A third drink- it was a good thing they were drinking synthehol (not that Marishka didn’t serve real alcohol, but she couldn’t imagine the captain would be happy with a large amount of it on her ship).
Getting up, she moved down the bar a bit. “A refill on the strawberry daiquiri and white wine, please,” she said to the server, though she wasn’t sure if Marishkas herself was working just now. “Hello, Marishka,” she said with a friendly smile. She didn’t know the hostess very well but she appreciated the cozy place she had made The Parthenon.

Marishka turned and faced the pretty blonde counselor. She had seen her several times but couldn’t recall if they’d ever had a full conversation. She had never even set foot in the counselor’s office. A psyche eval wasn’t required for a bartender which was something Marishka quite appreciated.
“Well hello Counselor. I could get used to seeing you here more often. So that’s white wine for you and a strawberry daiquiri for…”. she glanced in the direction of Hammor, “…your tall new friend?” she asked busying herself behind the bar.

Kingston smiled warmly. “Yes, please, but mine’s definitely synthehol.” She glanced briefly towards where Daggum had headed to see if she could pick out the table he’d found. “And I know I’m fairly short, but he’s very tall,” she said with a chuckle.
Casting her gaze around, Janna really was impressed. “I really do like what you’ve done with the place. You’re right, I do need to visit more often. I have to force myself to take breaks right now, because my work schedule is rather irregular right now.”
