Dawson wasn’t technically starfleet anymore, but his role on the ship was that of an intelligence officer, without the rank and title obviously. He had done command before. Leading wasn’t difficult for him. But it was nice to let someone else have the reigns every now and then.He also had not lost his contacts throughout this area of the galaxy. So when news came of a certain ship gone rogue, he felt it time to get certain introductions underway. Obviously a briefing was coming up, but he would make sure to inquire about this…other thing.
Dawson strolled up nonchalantly and pressed the door chime to the intelligence office.

In her modest office, Faye was sitting at her desk with a spread of two desk monitors and two interfaces, plus to wall displays. It was not so unlike how Stark had had it, but she had definitely upgraded and added to the previous set-up. For most people, it was overkill, but for Faye and her kind of work, it was easily manageable.
There was a token chair behind her against the wall.
At the sound of the chime, she pressed a few keys, blanking out her screens in a custom program. “Enter,” she said, swivelling to face her visitor. She presented her usual tidy figure in her impeccable uniform, and her dark brown hair was back in a french braid.
