Liam arrived first.
His hand reached out pressed a digit code into the console. Inside, the holodeck materialized a putt-putt golf course for the next few hours. The CSO thought it might be a causal and distracting way to have their next session.
He stepped into the room, greeted by a galaxy themed park. Stars twinkled overhead with planets darting across the walls. The first hole was a simple one with a large ringed planet at the end of a narrow strip. Small cartoonist stars dotted the turf midway and displayed a single path to the end. A putter just had to find the right ‘path’ to the end.
In the back of his head, Liam hoped Ms. Kingston wouldn’t find the activity too immature. The other options were far worst.
