Her straight red hair was damp and braided in a bun on the back of her head. Her uniform was neat, but wet on her collar where the wet hair had rested against hit. And she had a smile on her face but it wasn’t exactly a bubbly look.

Auleraine moved into medical and looked around, the info stick in her hand to give for check in. She tapped a nurse walking by, “Excuse me… who do I need to see about my boarding check-in in? Lieutenant Auleraine Brison.” She added her name in case that was reminder of who to see or where to go.

Gwen looked up “That would be the Chief. I’ll go get her for you.” She said and turned to go into an office. Moments later a young woman walked out followed by a pouting five year old little girl. The woman looked irritated “Ali, go back to our quarters. We’ll discuss this further when I get home from work.” She said “Don’t argue with Tia. Do your home work and work on your project.” She said firmly as the child left Sickbay. Ashlynn turned to Auleraine “Lt. Welcome to the Atlantis. I understand you need to get your boarding physical completed.” She said gesturing to one of the biobeds as she picked up a tricorder and a data padd. “Anything I need to know before we get started?” She asked

Lera smiled and nodded to the kid with a wink as they departed. “Adorable child. I hear it gets easier.” She smiled and moved to the bed. “Yes, it’s good to be here.” When she sat on it, she sighed. “Well, it depends if you have read my file yet, or not.” She smiled. “In a nutshell, most of the bones up my right side, from leg to ribs to arm were broken while I was a prisoner. They have been healed save for a single scar over my chest I keep so I don’t forget.” She took a deep breath. “It’s all right most of the time. It only pains, sometimes with pressure changes. Usually related to shuttle runs. But I’m told there isn’t a great pressure change there, so it’s probably the confinement. But I’m ok otherwise, far as I know. I was cleared to come here.” She shrugged. Auleraine knew it was a lot… but they wouldn’t have released her if she still had problems, would they?
