Hello Atlanteans,I wanted to reach out and say welcome aboard to the amazing Jake Ridgely who will be filling in as the acting chief science officer.
Jay (Kai) right now is juggling real life, school, and a new position with the Red Cross. I hope he doesn’t mind me saying that but I am over the moon excited and proud of all the hard work Jay has been doing in real life to join such an amazing organization. This just goes to show that not only does the crew rock in the literary world but also in the real world. With all the new job responsibilities Jay has asked for a few weeks or so to settle into a new routine before he comes with fabulous posts so on that note.......

I want to re-introduce Jake Ridgely as the ever amazing Lieutenant Oliver Loughty. If the name sounds familiar it should. He RP’ed with us in the summer and now is back. The introduction song is because Lt. Loughty was away at a seminar learning all sorts of amazing things before coming back to help us out with the Science Chief role while “Lt. Kai Oliverstone” is now “on sabbatical”. What Oliver’s new focus or specialty is we shall see. :)
I can’t thank Jay, Jake, and you as the crew for being so flexible right now as we all try to juggle the unexpected while retaining some semblance of normalcy. So everyone give a warm welcome to Jake again.
