Jen’s lips thinned as he turned to the console. “This is the report from the sensors and ship at the time of the incident. We lost all ship data after that point.” He worked to bring that up on the main screen, though knew it would show catastrophic issues all around. However the Captain needed to see that. “I’ll try to apply in what we have from the marine units and the Lt here,” he continued, looking at the COS and giving him a nod. He didn’t have high hopes of anything close to 10% of the ship having been explored yet, though his hope was that there would be some main arteries that had been opened and the ability to move between decks.

Davon rose from his chair removing his Tri-corder in one fluid motion like it was a phaser with a flourish he placed it on the console. ” Computer transfer the data from this tri-corder to the map.”

The lines of transit had to be put in manually, but the marines had done a fairly efficient job of ‘blowing’ their way to the CIC, engineering, and the hanger bay. While it would still take far longer than it should, people could be expected to move between these three areas without any barriers in the way.

Katelyn studied the provided map as the anticipated locations of the various teams were overlaid. “Let’s try to keep this updated as we receive reports from everyone, marking down what is inaccurate in reality. Hopefully we’ll get a report from engineering soon and we can see about getting the computer back into the real world. Do we have any other sensor data that could let us know what happened?” As she asked, her fingers flew over the console, trying to bring up any information that would help them figure out what the ship had hit, or rather, what the computer thought the ship had hit.

=^= CIC, Captain Hawkins here. We just hit the flight deck, I have squads securing the maintenance level and flight ready rooms. Additionally the Admiral just arrived. She is inquiring about launching a shuttle with the flight crew. =^=

Katelyn’s eyebrows furrowed slightly, unsure what the Admiral was looking to do and not sure that she wanted to add to the chaos of the current situation by trying to conduct flight operations until they were sure what was going on.

=/\= Do you know what the Admiral’s plan is with the shuttle? =/\=

Jacobs, CO

=^= Unclear Captain. Only that she is wanting a shuttle. Standby. =^=

Jen was focused on the plot on the schematic when that last note came in. He opened his mouth to speak however the Captain beat him to it. While it may be to some degree embarrassing, Jen’s sensibilities would not allow that to pass. “Captain, before you arrived we had discussed with the Admiral the possibility of her and the Chief Science Officer making their way to a shuttle. We have no external sensors and can’t see anything. Did we hit anything? Did anything hit us? Where are we? The shuttles have their own sensor systems and can not just look at the spatial situation but also get a more accurate scan of the ship for what is really damaged. That was the plan. The trick may be getting a ship through the doors.”
- Jen

=^=CIC. Captain Hawkins here. Captain Carnegie is going to take the Admiral out in her craft. We are going to prepare the flight deck for the launch. =^=

Riloc looked up from his console. “We are of course assuming whatever stopped us isn’t going to do the same to the shuttle?” He stopped, ” as security chief I really wouldn’t want to lose two crew members at once.”

Katelyn nodded her appreciation at Jen for the information. Eventually, she might feel like she wasn’t playing from her back foot, but it seemed like it was going to be a while before that sensation went away. Her attention shifted quickly to Riloc as he added in his feedback and she sighed in both agreement and resignation. “I don’t think we have any choice, Lieutenant. I’d normally want to keep a transporter lock on them, but I assume transporters aren’t working either. See if you can do it anyway.”

=/\= Thank you for the update, Captain. Are the bay doors functional? Those are not something we want to blow a hole in. =/\=

She was clearly not a fan of the Marines blowing holes in her ship, even if it was a means to the end.

Jacobs, CO

=^= Still assessing Captain. Has the Colonel made it to engineering yet? Because we might need their help. =^=

(Crosspost)

Katelyn immediately turned to the officers surrounding her and raised an eyebrow. This was a primary concern when she had heard of the plan.

=/\= Unknown, Captain. I’ll get back to you. =/\=

=/\= Jacobs to Georgio. Status report. What’s your location? =/\=

Jacobs, CO

=^=Captain, We’re in Engineering.=^= Elsamine said
