I have urgent matters to attend to and any delay caused by you will feature very prominently on the report that I may have to make to your superiors!=/\= Lorenzo’s face did not show fear. Any Betazoid would be able to sense that he was very confident about his position.Molly’s voice came through the comm moments after Harris’s contact. =/\= Heading towards the Bridge. Had to take down three guards on the main corridor. Will report back when I disable the shields on this end. Wright out. =/\=

Fortunately, the comms was filtered so that Lorenzo did not detect the message.

Harris leaned back slightly in his chair with a rather… cocky look on his face. Then in a flat tone, began. “C… a… l… v… i… n… H… a… double r… i… s.” The grin was unmistakable. “Just to make sure you get it right in your report. I can spell it again if ya like. However, Captain, for some reason… you think the Federation goes easy on thieves. You are mistaken. Now, as I said the last damn time we spoke. Heave to and prepare for my Customs Inspection team to board. This is not a frackin’ request.”

Harris heard the faint sound of a phaser in the background. Then the Ardanan’s face turned pale and turned around. There was a snarl and the man disappeared from the view screen.

Harris raised an eyebrow at the man’s response. The Marine knew for certain one of two things was about to happen. Either the man would be pommelled or shot, meaning which ever… the Ardanan was moments away from a very bad day.

Hannibal stood fast by his station, but couldn’t help but crack a smile at the exchange between the Colonel and the Ardanan.
“To be a fly on that wall.” he said quietly with a smirk.

Orin just shook his head. Stole an object and complains because he’s being detained. The cognitive dissonance was amazing.

From the view screen, there was the sound of a phaser shot and a thud …

Harris paused for just a moment and then asked flatly. “Everything alright over there Captain Wright?”

Almost immediately, Molly appeared on the screen, looking as if nothing had happened.
“Lorenzo is down. I’m working on lowering the shields. There’s some sort of storage room just outside the Bridge here that I want swept. It might help us solve this whole conundrum.” She paused for a second. “And Calvin, we need to talk. Standby for transport. Wright out.”
And with that, the viewscreen went back to showing the emptiness of space outside of the ship.

The shields came down and the both ships were still in warp.

Harris turned from the screen and nodded to the officer at the Security Console. “Alright. Get our team over their and secure the vessel…” The Marine then looked to the Helm officer. “And let’s get a helmsman over there & get that damn ship outta warp. Let’s move people”

OCC: I just realized that I messed up. Hannibal is heading towards the cargo bay, Chief Brown is at the security station.
IC: “Aye sir,” Chief Brown stated then pressed the companel.

=^=Roger that, I am diverting to the transporter room to join the response team. =^= Hannibal replied.
