Precisely 30 seconds before the time agreed upon, Ana waited outside the doors to the holodeck. She sincerely hoped that she would not have to hunt down Jarvis for the follow up appointment she had required. Following through on this inventive form of counseling was taking enough of her energy for the moment.Darren, CoP

At precisely the agreed upon meeting time, Dr Jarvis drew up behind Darren. “Good morning, Counsellor,” he greeted in his nasily tone, with a slight hint of derision.

Ana’s body elevated several centimeters despite her expectation that Jarvis would be joining her. She whirled around and then forced herself to stop and steady herself before speaking. “It’s Doctor,” she retorted, her black eyes flashing with malcontent.
Internally Dr Jarvis smiled at seeing Darren jump; despite how she may have tried to hide it. With a sly grin, he replied, “but you answered regardless.”
Soon, however, a slightly evil smile for the young Betazoid came over her features as she tilted her head to the side. “Are you ready to zip line?” she asked, her tone completely neutral.

“It’s not too late for you to…” he paused for effect before adding, “to use the common term, chicken out.”

Ana’s eyes flashed again. “You’re welcome to if you’d like to,” she returned back to him, crossing her arms over her chest as she glared at the doctor.
