“She’s right to say it,” Brad replied. “That said, while his file might be restricted, you could probably get a good idea as to why by doing a search of the news feeds from about a decade or so ago. It got a good bit of coverage, if I recall correctly. The best terms would be ‘Jasper Jarvis experiments trial.’“
He took a sip from his coffee mug.

Chief of StaffCai frowned watching Brad, “What did he do? Like what sort of experiments?”

“Cardiovascular, muscular, genetic,” Brad began. “Basically anything he could think of to improve both his own abilities and the people he operated on, with very nebulous consent.”

Chief of StaffCai looked wide eyed, “kool…” he muttered. Then stood, “Ok…thanks. For the advice.” He said looking awkward again.

Brad looked worried at that assessment of Jarvis, but stood reflexively as well.
“You want to grab something to eat?” he asked the teen.

Chief of StaffCai grinned, “Food? Seriously I’m a teenager, foods like currency.” He pushed his hair out if his face but still hadn’t put his hood up.

“Alright,” Brad said. “The lounge OK with you or do you want something particular in one of the holosuites?” Secretly, he was hoping the teen would opt for the holosuite, because he had a prank idea spring to mind.

Chief of StaffCai looked suspiciously at Brad, “whatever…” he ventured.
Cai“Holosuite it is!” Brad said, heading out of the office.

Cai followed Brad. As he left sickbay however he did pause a moment to watch Doctor Jarvis as he stalked across the bay.
As the neared the holodeck he seemed to realise his hood was down and bit his lip ring but didn’t pull it back up.
