While Grayson took care of the mental well being of everyone and the scientists, she had already treated, waited for the sample to arrive, Tija continued her way through the room. After a few gentle and calming words she injected all of the NEs in turn and then ran a quick scan to make sure they were fine. Thankfully it didn’t take her long and soon she stood right in front of Solal. While giving him a once over with her tricorder, she asked, “How are you doing? You don’t seem to show any signs of the mass hallucination.”

~Lt. Tija Aizala, Doctor (med leave)

Solal shook his head. “I appear to have been unaffected, or at least, not visibly affected. I experienced no hallucinations, nor the bizarre behavior that seems to have plagued the rest of the ship.” He said evenly, with a slight shrug. “Overall, I feel completely normal.” He finished.

OOC: It’s been… hectic. Sorry for the delay.

=/\=Got it. We’ll get it set up, just gives us a heads up before you beam it over or bring it in.=/\=

Achilleas ended the communication and then struggled to get to his feet. With the leg set it was again structurally sound but while the analgesic took off the edge of the pain, well, it still hurt like the dickens to stand on. He motioned for Riani to follow him to a less affected corner of the science lab as he limped his way over.

=/\= Okay. I think I’ll join you. This… whatever it is… is kind of growing on me - well, figuratively. I’ve already had enough fungus growing on me literally to last a lifetime. =/\=

Oscar looked at the mass, which he had done his best to make a singular, cohesive unit.

“Okay, buddy, time to go to a new home and learn a little bit more about you. This may tickle a little bit, but I’m pretty sure you’ll be okay on the other side.”

=/\= Cascarrabias to the Science Lab. Initiating transport to your containment area… now. =/\=

With that, Oscar activated the transporter protocols and sent the fungal mass on its merry way. Once he was sure that that particular transport was complete, he activated another transport to send himself to the labs.

Oscar materalized in the labs, hoping that he had done his job properly.

When Oscar materialized he saw that the fungus was in a research container in the science lab, safely contained. The scrubbers would deal with most of the spores in an hour or so of recycling time, but the mass would be safe in the little research terrarium.
