After the captain and first officer had received their tour and gone off to their meeting with command staff it was time for the crew to be summoned. NE Charlie was up for the task however. She quickly organised the following LCARS message to be sent to all Ogawa staff across the station and those en route to join the crew for when they arrived.

Good morning, I am Ensign Charlie, head if relocation and associate in human resources for star fleet command. I have been tasked to hell organise crew gathering on the new ship. Please can all department heads and section chiefs report as to docking port 3 immediately. Welcome packs will be distributed by one of the on duty personnel and you will then be given clearance for entry to the ship.
All other crew please report to hanger bay six at 1300 hours where you will be given your welcome pack and further instructions. All personal effects that cannot be carried should be logged in the attached form for the staff on hand to move for you. Quarters assignments will be given at your welcome meeting.
