Having finished with the Security Chief, Laurali headed to main sickbay for the onboarding physical. She had her medical history in another padd in her hand as she walked in. She looked around and found a nurse, and let her know that she was there for her physical. With a nod the nurse when in search of one of the other medical staff.L. Breeden (sec)
Drake was just finishing a surgical report and saw the nurse coming. “Let me guess… something mundane has come up that urgently requires my attention.” The nurse nodded and took him over to the new security ensign. Drake appraised the situation and said “Ah. New arrival?”

Laurali smiled “Yes sir. I just arrived aboard and need my physical.” She said “That is if you’re not busy.” Dhe added quickly.
Breeden (Sec)
“No more than usual. If you’ll step over to biobed…” Drake looked to see what bed was vacant. “4, we can get started. I’ll also need your name to pull up your records.” He grabbed a medical tricorder and pulled a PaDD from his lab coat pocket.

Laurali followed to the bed “Ensign Laurali Breeden. Transferring from the USS Michigan. The chief medical officer should have transferred my records over yesterday.” She added as she sat down on the bio bed.

Drake looked her up. “And there you are Ensign.” He reviewed her chart.
The chart would show a fracture to her right ankle that had healed. A phaser wound to her left side and the occasional headache.
Other than that she is very healthy. Her ankle will occasionally give her problems.
“Before we get too far, have you been, to your knowledge, exposed to any illnesses or anything that may not be on record here?”

Laurali shook her head “No, not that I’m aware of. No one was ill on the Michigan befote I transferred.” She saidBreeden (sec)
“Well it seems like you’re in good health.” Drake gave her records one last glance before looking up and pulling out his tricorder. “Let’s see how you’re doing today.” He scanned her, figuring she would be in good condition.

She is indeed in good health. No comcerns to note.

“Good news, your previous doctors were not lying.” Drake noted some things in his PaDD. “The report is as follows: Ensign Breeden is in good physical health, her vitals and overall condition are stable and in keeping with the standards of Starfleet and further Starfleet’s security division. I have no medical concerns about the ensign at this time. She is clear for duty.” He looked up. “Any questions, comments, or concerns before I submit that?”

Laurali shook her head “Nope, no questions, concerns or comments.” She said.
Breeden (sec)
“Well then, I can submit this.” He sent in the medical report. “And you’re free to go, and assume your duties in the security department. Welcome aboard, and should you ever need the services of the chief surgeon again, please make it interesting.”

Laurali grinned “I’ll try sir.” She said hopping off the bed and headed out of sickbay onto her next appointment with the counselor.
