One of Audrey II’s tendrils snaked out and hit the com panel near her planter and contacted the relevant sickbay on the Ogawa.
“Heeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllllooooooooooo, this is Audrey II, the hostess with the mostess, the showtune singing Venus flytrap, recently returned from a state of dormancy to active service here on the Ogawa. I have problems, my friend, problems right here on the Ogawa, it starts with D and it rhymes with dormancy. Yes, I am worried my dormancy may have resulted in my nectar secreting glands have become clogged, my flowers stunted in their growth and my rhizomes, cilias, trraps and trigger hairs not operating to full efficiency. Do you have a plant doctor who can come and check me over and make sure my vocal chords are finely tuned? As a plant, I obviously can’t come to you, but if you could arrange for a housecall me to at the arbortoreum, I can be properly cleared for my duties. So long, farewell, Audrey II out.”
