Achilleas stood nervously in front of the Captain’s ready room. His uniform felt foreign to him after a little over a year of not wearing it. His previously enthusiastic but well put together demeanor was missing from the person he had become. Instead he looked a bit more brittle and perhaps a tad haunted. He’d been standing here for nearly ten minutes, his hand reaching for the chime but then falling powerlessly back to his side. The infrequent crewmember would pass by and cast him a curious glance, one in which held no malice, but still added to the crushing weight on his shoulders.Was he really ready to go back to duty? The shuttle ride out to the Ogawa was nerve wracking sure, but still let him firm up his resolve. He thought he was ready for this and Dr. Fukuzawa of Starfleet Medical assured him that he was. But was he? The doubt was creeping back in full force to the point that he was ready to go back to the shuttlebay and head back to Earth, but fate had other plans for him it seemed. Two passing crewman bumped into Achilleas which caused him to stumble forward and unwittingly smacked his head into the chime button. He made a groan of discomfort as he massaged his forehead.

Unknowingly inside the office Willow finished filing the recent report from the section heads and looked up at the noise.
“Come in!” She called and went back to her task while she waited for whoever it was to enter.
