“I’m glad you like her, to be fair her real name the person told me is Olivia. I figured she needed a nickname and Ollie fit perfectly. I figured my puppy though…” he said as he kissed her cheek before petting Ollie behind the head as the little puppy closed her eyes in simple pleasure, “Needed a puppy too.” he said as he heard a giant crash as several penguins came troddling by knocking over workers.

“Oh crap! I hope the polar bear isn’t chasing them!” Aedan said as he turned to look to see what else might be causing this commotion.

Sofia emerged onto the promenade and into the chaos, her eyebrows knit in concern, she weaved through the crowds, her eyes peeled for the XO.

“Er, hello?” She questioned, making her presence known.

“Polar Bears,” Jessica said before looking at the loud squawking brood of avians tottling towards them. Ollie for her part pressed back harder into Jessica’s body before letting out a series of sharp yips. Ollie was not sure she wanted to draw too much attention to herself but she was being held rather high so the human would be bitten first if it came to that. It was not that Ollie was a coward but more she was a rather small dog and the large white two-legged dogs approaching her had friends.

=/\=Vaughn or Demakis please respond immediately to cargo hold=/\= a voice said sounding more than frustrated. The background held a bellowing sound and a series of muffled yells and bouts of laughter.

Jessica looked at the COS and then back at Aedan and finally settled her gaze on the COS. “Okay I will handle this menagerie if you go fix whatever is going on down there,” Jessica suggested to Sophie.

“Hey I have everything under control. People just need to relax. It’s Christmas, we got this all under control.” Aedan said, looking at them all with a sense that this was perfectly normal. “I mean you guys never really throw any parties do you? Gotta crack a few eggs to make an omelet so to speak.”

“Right,” Sofia remarked, “I’ll be down in the cargo bay if you need me,” she said more to Vaughn, “Or I can send one of my officers up here to help you while I go see what’s transpired down in the cargo bay.”

“Oh officers won’t be needed… the bears won’t bite I promise.” Aedan said with a small smirk.

“On second thought send your officers down to the cargo bay. Don’t leave,” she mouthed to Sophia. Something told Jessica that there would be more issues here and it did not take a long time for it to happen.

“Aedan, love you might have gone a bit overboard,” Jessica said focusing her attention on her now husband. Sophia could watch the room for any issues as she dealt with an exuberant Aedan.

“Help…help,” a voice yelled out in the crowd followed by a hand waving frantically. Jessica turned in the direction scanning the room for the call. WIth the room so packed and bustling it was hard to see what was going on. After as second she and anyone looking in that direction would see a girl waving someone over to them as her boyfriend appears ready to punch something only that thing seemed to be hidden by his body.

Sofia nodded, tapping her badge, =^=Demakis to Ensign Holt, please report to Cargo Bay, there’s been an incident, I don’t know what, but I’ve been asked to provide a team. Take Ensigns Edwards and King with you and see if you can’t figure out what’s going on down there and help out. If you need advice, comm me, I’ll be available.=^=
