=^= Understood, Doctor. I’ll have a security team sent down immediately. =^= Mathias turned and looked over his shoulder towards the tactical station. If only he managed to dial in some catchy phrase that meant “do it” it would be the perfect opportunity to use it. He would have to give that more thought sometime when it wasn’t in the middle of a crisis. Instead he simply nodded figuring that would suffice to convey his wishes.

“Lt. Demakis is en route now with a team sir,” NE Fodder spoke from the tactical console.

“Excellent,” said Mathias. He looked away and then turned back after thinking something over briefly. “So Ensign, I’ve always wondered. What kind of last name is Fodder? Sounds British to me.”

“It is a British name I believe sir,” the young Ensign replied, “My grandad was born in Liverpool. We suspect that’s where the name originated, but we aren’t entirely sure.”
