The Runabout dropped out of warp in the Standard distance to the Outpost. It was coming on approach from Starbase 234 with a destination slated for Andoria. It immediately sent it transfers orders. Saying that it would only be bringing one officer and some personal belongings. Inside the bridge of the Runabout, the crew of five were laughing at a story told to them by their young Andorian helmsman. Four of the five were sitting in the available chairs. The last of them and the only one still wearing his uniform was a tall, burly man with a massive bushy beard. His hair combed back, stopping at his earlobes “I hope you’re not going to tell the brides that one” The man spoke in a deep base, the others could practically feel his voice vibrating their chairs “No Commander, even an Andorian Wedding wouldn’t allow something like that” The blue helmsman answered as he turned around “Besides, I don’t think Biben would appreciate stories of our conquests.” He continued.The officer on the helmsman’s right a, Human of a similar age, tapped her console “Sir, should we ask for docking permissions” She asked turning back. Lieutenant Commander Baldur Bragason gave her a warm smile “No need, Ensign, open a hailing frequency to Ops, I’ll beam over. You guys have a wedding to go to. The celebrations only start in a few days, you can’t be late.” The others returned his smile “We’ll miss you, sir” The other Human onboard, sitting to Baldurs right said “I’ll miss you kids too, I do think that my replacement will serve you all well. Now open that damn channel, I can’t be late to my first day” The Ops woman nodded and opened a Channel, allowing Baldur to speak =^=Outpost 42, this is Runabout Volga coming from Starbase 234, requesting permission to Transport Lieutenant Commander Bragason and some belongings straight over, The runabout has a previous obligation it needs to meet.=^= His deep voice formal yet pleasant.

A man’s voice came over the comm and spoke with an authoritative tone. =^= Outpost 42 here. Permission granted and have Commander Bragason report to Ops immediately upon arriving. Outpost 42 out. =^=

Baldur gave the group a slightly bemused look. “Send the outpost an affirmative and transport my belongings to whatever cargo bay is ready to receive them” He ordered. The crew nodded and started tapping in commands. Baldur moved to the transporter pad, turned to his former colleagues and smiled softly “Energize” He said simply, a moment later the blue flicker absorbed his body and he dematerialised from the Runabout and his old friends.
