“Doctor, you’re going to want to look at these files,” said Vak as he was puzzling over the computer terminal. “The age and medical conditions of these patients don’t match the tricorder readings, though it seems they’re of the same people.”

Ensign Dabor Vak, Nurse
Paige returned to the other sickbay with Vak “What do you have Ensign?” She asked as she began looking at the information Vak provided with her “This is not good.” She said “This is really not good.” Paige said “We need to get scans from previous visits to sickbay, when did these changes start and are they the reason for the unconsciousness?” She asked as she touched her comm badge to contact the other ship =^=Can we please get additional medical records for the patients that were transfered to us.=^= She asked

CMO

Sofia stepped into sickbay with NEs Sabre and Cox in tow, “Where do you need us Doc?” She asked the CMO.

~Sofia Demakis~

Paige looked up “I need you to spread out around sickbay.” SHe said “We may have some imposters that are causing issues with some of our patients. Are any of you empaths or telepaths?” She asked looking at the trio. She waited for information from the ship that had transported the patients to the Outpost. She hoped that her hunch was wrong, but she doubted that it was.

CMO

“I’m three quarters Betazoid,” Sofia replied, “I’m not as strong as a full Betazoid, but unlike half Betazoids, I’m telepathic, not empathic. I’m not as practiced as someone raised on Betazed either, but I’ll let you know what my mind can sniff out.”

Paige nodded “Just don’t get too close or too involved. I don’t need any additional injured.” She said “But if you sense something speak up.” She said “I need to get a chance to look at the information that I have requested.”

The medical records soon came in. It turned out that strangely enough, all of the scans up to a point matched the previous ones almost completely, However, at the same point in time, everything started to fluctuate. Interestingly enough, some scans would be the same as records of past injuries and checkups, but the rest were either the same, or had no matches.

Mr. Snuggles (GM)

After quickly reviewing the records, Vak turned to Paige. “Doctor, I’m reviewing the records now. They were consistent up to a certain point in time. From then on they fluctuated. I recommend we review logs from the ship to determine what happened of note around that point in time.”

Ensign Dabor Vak, Nurse

“Fan out boys,” Sofia spoke to her team, “Report anything that seems off, even minor and keep out of medical’s way, but if they ask for help, give it.”

Meanwhile, she focused her mind to see what she could sense with her telepathy.

~Sofia Demakis~

Paige nodded =^=Captain we need to get the records of the ship from this specific point in time forward.=^= She said =^=We have a problem with some of the records not matching.=^=

CMO

=^= Acknowledged, Doctor. We’ll look into it for you. McGarrett out. =^=

Captain Mathias McGarrett, CO

Meanwhile, Sofia continued to walk among the people crowded about, nodding politely to them all as she tried to see what she might sense from them, she was particularly looking for signs of deception. Both what her telepathy could sense and her own training as a security officer could pick up upon.

However, before things could get any further, all the lights in the medbay shut down, leaving the room coated in pitch blackness. While the machines also lost their light, the whirring sounds coming from them indicated that somehow they were still functioning.

Mr. Snuggles (GM)

=^=Sickbay to Engineering. We don’t have power. Get secondary power up and going now please!=^= She said “Beth get the hand torches from the supply closet.” She ordered “Everyone slow down and wait for those torches.” She ordered the rest of her team.

CMO

<bump>

A rather startled young male voice came over her comm. =^= This is NE Ted Flabbergas. I’m going to attempt to reroute power from secondary systems. =^=

NE Flabbergas, Operations

“Stay alert,” Sofia ordered her team members, “Darkness is where hinky stuff usually starts happening, or panic.”

~Sofia Demakis~

Those nearby the Klingon could hear his breathing go soft for a second before he suddenly let out a load roar.

Mr. Snuggles (GM)

Sofia rolled her eyes, “Everyone is to stay put and allow medical to do their jobs!” She spoke loudly and firmly, “Failure to comply will result in action from my security department, we are not permitting doctors and nurses to put themselves at risk if you choose to obstruct them from their work. This is your one and only warning!”

She carefully moved into position and checked her weapon, preparing to protect the medical staff from angry Klingon if necessary.

~Sofia Demakis~

Paige moved over to the Klingon and began running scans on him with a handheld tricorder “Damn it. Someone find me a flashlight, a candle anything.” She said loudly “Calm down sir.” She said calmly “We’re trying to help you” She said trying to reason with the Klingon.

CMO

=^= Flabbergas to Infirmary. Rerouting power from secondary systems now. You should be back to full power momentarily. =^=

NE Flabbergas, Operations

“Well there’s some good news,” Sofia remarked quietly.

NE Turner flicked on a wrist light he was wearing, blushing slightly when he met Sofia’s gaze, “I like to be prepared ma’am,” he replied.

“Well in this case, good work,” Sofia remarked, nodding as Turner approached Doctor Stone.

“Just tell me where you want the light pointed Doc,” NE Turner spoke.

~Sofia Demakis & NE Turner~

Paige spoke quietly “Point it at this bed first.” She said “I don’t like the fact I have a yelling klingon in my sickbay and little way to control him should he become out of control beyond stunning him.” She said slightly irritated by the sudden turn of events “Does anyone speak Klingon?” She asked knowing that she could speak a little bit, but not enough to get through to the Klingon in front of her. Paige looked at Sofia “He gets aggressive stun him.” She said.

CMO

However, before anyone could react, the Klingon let out a bellow, “ghaH Heghpu’ SoH demoness ‘ej jIHvaD pon pagh visions ‘oy’ ‘ej QuQ ‘e’ jIHvaD SuyItHa’ vuDwIj! HeghDI’ tlhab SoH chon je rip DeS pa’ chaH je’ SoH! nIb law’ beings chaq lo’ SoH je Human botjan ‘ach jIHvaD not mev ‘e’. vaj mIw yong chaH, rap San qeSmeylIj vaj SoH chaH!” The restraints on the bed started to crack, before one arm flung free from its restraint.

Mr Snuggles (GM)

“Doc, get a hypo of something to knock this guy on his rear,” Sofia spoke, quickly checking her weapon’s setting and preparing to fire a shot, “If this stun won’t work, I’m going to get my boys to distract him while I inject him.”

~Sofia Demakis~

bump

Paige grabbed a hypo of anesthazine and moved in to inject him with the sedative, trying to avoid his large arm that could easily take her down. In the dark it was a bit more difficult as moved to his side and pressed the hypo to the Klingon’s neck. “Anyone hurt?” She asked loudly as she waited for the sedative to take effect.

CMO

The Klingon grasped around for a bit before his arm fell limp. It was at this time that the lights came back on, revealing the room to be mostly the same.

One of the younger patients from a nearby bed stared at the Klingon with wide eyes. “What in the name of all that is good was that all about?”

Mr. Snuggles (GM)

Paige looked around “Not sure. But we’ll figure it out.” What does she see is different?

CMO

When Paige looked around, she saw that nearly all patients were accounted for.... except for the Trill woman who had been in a coma. Interestingly enough, the area around her bed was untouched, no equipment moved or anything.

Mr. Snuggles (GM)

“Where is the Trill?” Paige exclaimed “Use her last bioscans and scan the ship!” She touched her comm badge =^= Captain.. We have a missing patient.=^=

CMO

A moment later there was a crackle in the Comm and an unfamiliar voice answered. A very deep calm voice =^=Aplogies Doctor, I am Lieutenant Commander Baldur Bragason newly arrived. We have a bit of a situation in Ops and the Captain will be busy for a moment. What patient is missing?=^=

SOO
=^=A Trill woman that was in a coma. Check your sensor logs and see if there was any kind of a spike in anything that might indicate what happened.=^= Paige said as she looked around Sickabay “Ebony, start looking through the area with a tricorder and see if you can find anything.” Paige said to one of her staff.

“Have him review the sensor logs, maybe there was a spike of something that might indicate what happened to her,” Sofia remarked, “Meanwhile,” she pulled out a tricorder, “Let’s see if I can spot anything that might indicate where she might’ve gotten to.”

~Sofia Demakis~

CMO

Concentrated around her bed were minute amounts of Chronometric Particles, and the logs from that the blackout showed a spike of temporal energy. Meanwhile the bioscan results were positive, however they were located in many different places at once, one location being operations.

Mr. Snuggles (GM)

A moment later the unfamiliar base voice came over the com. =^=Copy, starting check=^=

SOO

“Picking up on minute amounts of Chronometric Particles,” Sofia reported, “Could indicate some form of time travel?”
