Nay arrived a few minutes early for her dinner with Nikki, hoping she wasn’t looking too uncomfortable in the heels she wasn’t really accustomed to. She nervously waited as she turned to take a quick look in the console to make sure her hair was behaving. A young ensign she had seen for an appointment the day before wandered past, giving Akane a surprised look, clearly not used to seeing the counselor in non-uniform. She smiled politely and gave him a curt nod. “Evening Ensign,” she said as he blinked a couple of times before smiling and nodding as he headed off down the promenade, taking a somewhat unsubtle double take as he passed her. Nay bit her lip nervously as she looked down at her attire and hoped she wasn’t too overdressed.
