Nay hastily made her way to sickbay, knowing that she probably already had a black mark next to her name for failing to complete her physical. As she staggered into sickbay, a little out of breath from her jog to get there she spotted a doctor and sheepishly made her way over.

“Excuse me, um, I’m a little late for my boarding physical I’m afraid…” she said apologetically. ‘About a week late…’ a little voice popped up in her head as she nervously bit her lip.

Paige looked up “Lt, welcome to the Outpost. It’s fine if you are a little late. I’m Dr. Stone, Chief Medical Officer. Have a seat on that first bed and I’ll get you taken care of.”
Paige grabbed a tricorder from the counter “Is there anything in your history that I need to know about that may not be in your file?” She asked.

Nay shook her head as she hopped up onto the bed. “No, I don’t think so…” she replied as she bit her lip nervously, wondering if the doctor would pick up on her previous injuries from her relationship with Jon.

Paige began her scans and looked at the results “Hmm.” She said “It looks like you’ve had some previous injuries that have healed nicely. Anything I need to know?” She asked looking at the Counselor with a look that gave her the impression that Paige was not going to take a no answer.

Nay thought for a moment as she considered covering for Jon yet again, but she decided that the only way she could move on was to face it. “They are from a previous relationship…not exactly a healthy one…” she said quietly and she pushed the mental images to the back of her mind.

Lt Sakai (CNS)

Paige nodded “Probably not.” She said “Are you receiving counseling for this ‘relationship’?” Paige asked knowing that this could be very important to not return to a dangerous relationship. “Do any of the injuries cause you problem?”
