Chris was worried about the mental well being of Ensign Blaze so he sent a meshes to him and the Counselor to meet with the Captain in his ready room at 1400hrs. Chris waited for them to arrive.

Captain Chris Taggart CO

Blaze walk up to the door he was in his civilian wear. He didn’t feel like pulling his star fleet uniform on. He press the chime button to indicate he was outside. In his hand he had a small Device in his hand every time he click button on it it would morph between a ball a square or a pyramid.

He waited outside intill the captain tells him to enter. He was still abit upset from what happened the day before.

Ensign Alex Blaze (Engineer)

Kanina arrived outside the Ready Room at the same time as Blaze, but decided to wait until he had been in the ready room for just under a minute, wanting to avoid him feeling boxed in.

The object in blazes hand Continued to shift its shape as blaze flipped a small button on it. He saw the counselor approach and thought to himself (oh This is great they’re going to find a mental reason to kick me off the ship now I did leave my shift in engineering and Hidden myself until today)
He was not happy the the lack of respect from his department head yes he did hack his way into Starfleet but he was having second thoughts.

Ensign Alex Blaze (Engineer)

“Enter”. Came a loud and commanding voice. Chris hated having to act in this manner and hated having to do what he was doing even more, but such is the burden of command. The door opened and the office was light with the proper amount of lighting. On the Captains desk was five cubes in glass domes that looked like puzzle boxes and all were autographed with various names. One cube, the one in the middle, was still wrapped in what appeared to be butchers paper with a wax seal one it. There were various other cubes around the the office and some pictures of a pale man with pins sticking out all over his face and other grotesque people.

Chris was at the side of the room where there was a table with refreshments on it and a place for them all to sit together without the feeling of authority. Behind Chris was a tank with Ann arm and a leg floating in that looks like they have been ripped off and chewed. Standing Chris smiled. “Welcome both of you here. The purpose of this meeting is to find out if Ensign Blaze needs anything and I mean anything. This is a place where I would like for you to speak freely and with as much candor as you want. I do not want you to limit your words because of formality.”

Sitting again Chris waited for the others to take a seat before he continued. “I would like to thank you both for meeting me here. Blaze. I have a report that you left your work early yesterday. That will not be discussed here and you will not be reprimanded for it as I personally saw that you were very distressed and did not and would not have done something like that on purpose. I would like to hear a reason for why if you would like to give it though as I believe that that is just a small fraction of the problems that you are facing in your department and in your personal life.”

Turning to face the counselor. “Ma’am. Please evaluate Blaze and his emotions and let me know if they are true so we may be able to help him. I used to be a surgeon and I can fix the body but not the mind. That is why you are here. You may also speak freely in here. Now let us begin please.”

Blaze put the small device in his pocket “well sir why I left. Was due to the fact that the CE yelled at me cuz of our talk the other day and keeps me doing beginner things to do. I have finished the star fleet engineering courses and am now a full ensign but she keeps bringing up that I don’t belong here”Blaze plopped down in one of the chairs “how can I work with someone who keeps being up my passed and 6 months have passed and she still will not let me take the programming course and that was the only reason I chose to stay” he saw some tea and pour himself a glass. No matter how bad a day was cold tea always made him feel better.

Ensign Alex Blaze (Engineer)

“Well Blaze. I can understand that. What you did was not only a very big crime but it could have gotten not only yourself killed but others as well. The ONLY reason that you are not in a prison cell at this time is because you saved my life. I am trying to do the same for your career. I cannot control what or how anyone else thinks about you on this ship. I will try again and put in a word to the Chief Engineer to try to give you more lead way. But please keep in mind that that is at her discretion. I know absolutely nothing about engineering and do not want to advance you faster than that you are capable of. That will again put you and others lives in Jeopardy.”

Kanina tilted her head but didn’t respond. She was taking on more of a role as a mediator, to help Blaze better understand his emotions. She didn’t plan to ask questions until she had a full understanding of the event that caused the meeting.
-Kanina Dran, CNS

“Ah. Well. Counselor. Do you think we should bring in the Engineering Department Head into this conversation or wait until we have a firm grasp on what is going on first?

Turning back to Blaze. “I feel that you are more than ready to do the programmers course but I feel that that is a waste of time and all that it is going to do is just dot the I’s and cross the T’s. If we do this I want you to know that for the first part of the course and maybe for the entire course until you get into the advance courses that this will be very simple for you and very boring. But you must do it and do it right in order to progress further. I am after all assuming all of this since you were already able to hack in Starfleet Records and Personnel system and create your own file. If you can do that then this course will be a breeze.”

Captain Chris Taggart, CO
