As ensign applegate comes to the bridge he goes and checks into with the captain and says “ensign applegate reporting in sir” standing at attention awaiting orders from the captain.Ensign Applegate
Chris was on the bridge sitting in the Captain’s chair looking over reports. Turning his head and putting the PaDD down. “Well pleased to meet you Ensign Applegate. Why are you on the bridge and why do you think I’m the Captain?”

“Well with all due respect someone’s gotta be in command of the ship so I think that you are the CO of the ship and so I am reporting to the captain. Sir.” He said.
