As the Lt went back to the engine room she then start to get to work on other things. Awaiting the captain and the ensign to get back to the ship. She is honestly happy to be chief engineer of the ship she is rather busy but she can do it.Lt. Lovejoy
Ensign Kastarak’s medical tricorder was malfunctioning, again, and he could not figure out what was wrong with it. As he had some quiet time, he left the nurse in charge of sickbay (as CMO Symar was still planetside), and ventured to Engineering, hoping someone there might be able to figure it out. He was confident it was nothing too difficult to solve, and he saw it also as an exercise to meet more members of the crew, as a way to introduce himself.
In the engineering room, it was rather quiet. A Betazoid woman was the first person he saw. Ah, she must be Lovejoy, the chief engineer.
“Lieutenant Lovejoy, I presume? I’m Kastarak, junior doctor on board. Would you know who here might have time to help me fault-find this tricorder? I cannot seem to get it back in order.”
