Not feeling well, Kirshara entered into sickbay; he was worried that Starfleet doctors would not know how to assist him, but he had no other choice. This problem must be handled.

Kirshara

“Hello, Lieutenant. How may we be of service?” came a pleasant voice from a nearby gathering of medical staff. Walking over, a seemingly human male with dark red hair, immaculately combed, and green eyes stepped away and approached him. “I am Dr. Abel, Chief Medical Officer.”

OOC: Sorry for the delay in responding

IC: A response came, “Greetings, Doctor. I am not sure how to express my problem but I will try. Vulcan males (when they can’t mate) sometimes have trouble sleeping and meditating. I have not been able to do either for almost 96 hours and I am not sure what to do about it.”

Kirshara

IC: You see doctor it is the Vulcan time...for me...and well...…..I am have not mate here.

“Oof,” a quiet female voice came as she stumbled into Kirshara. “I’m so sorry, I was just reading this chart here and walking and I should have been watching, I’m so so sorry,” she stammered, darting to retrieve the PaDD that had gone flying when she ran into their new patient. As she stood back up, her blue eyes blinked nervously as she stared at the Vulcan and her superior and the black curls surrounding her face seemed to tremble as much as her voice was. Taking an audible deep breath, she turned to the CMO, “do you need any help, sir? I’m so sorry.”

Bump.

Kirshara watched as this interaction took place; he could not help but believe that this women was logical yet emotional all at the same time.

Kirshara

As she waited for her superior to respond, Adeline gave the Vulcan a small, hesitant smile. She hoped that there was nothing wrong with the young man and that Dr. Abel wouldn’t be too upset with her not-so-grand entrance.

“Ensign, please get a set of baseline vitals for the Lieutenant here, and I’ll be right over.” and he turned his attention to the two singed crewmen.

Abel, CMO

Understanding that the medical bay was busy this day, Lt. Kirshara said, “Computer active the EMH, please.”

A minute later a figure appeared…

“Please state the nature of the emergency” came the reply from the EMH.
