As he waited for a reply, Ric continued scanning the underground complex trying to pinpoint a means of egress.

The signal seemed to be originating from deep in a forest.

The girl sent another message after five minutes, her voice sounding even more frantic.

OOC: Ok from what I have read not all these details are being fed to the Bridge. we need this info to make a determination to beam this person out if possible or put the team near them. So pilots please make sure were cross posting or updating the Bridge. I will double read it all again to be sure.

OOC: No. Its where there is info that the Bridge needs to make calls. When you post to a thread that character player has to relay something to someone or we do not have that info you just gave them. My rule as a player is that I don’t know what I don’t know until someone tells me.

Ric heard the call again and began angling his fighter toward the surface attempting to get a fix on the location of the call.

=^=Olinski, this is Ricochet. I’ve picked up a message from the surface. Voice of a young female, begging to be beamed out before someone gets to her. I’m going in closer. I’ll amplify the signal to help you get a lock on that badge.=^=

As they moved to the co-ordinates, they were surprised to see that it was a small hut in the middle of a forested area. The nearest habitation was a small village about two miles away. About 500 metres further into the forest was a small clearing that was just right to land one craft. They would have to make their approach from behind so as not to alert the village of their ‘visit’.

=^=Apex, i’m going to touchdown in that clearing and go grab that girl. You and Papa Bear stay concealed as best you can. Anyone gets to close, lay down some cover fire to hold them back so I can get back to my bird.=^=

The others would hear a sigh come from Pap Bear’s ship. =^=I am thinking this is a not good idea, comrade Ricochet. Wait until we have more air support.=^=

He angled his bird toward the clearing, taking a path that would allow the fighters to remain unseen. As he dove ahead, he waited for another comment from Apex mirroring Papa Bear’s concern.

There did not seem to be anyone coming moving nearer the hut. However as the fighter came close to the ground, Ricochet was able to see signs on the ground that there was some struggle and fight close to the hut where the girl was. There were also large puddles of what seemed to be blood.
