On the bridge of the USS Dragoon, it was eerily silent. Empty chairs before vacant consoles arranged in front of a viewscreen that no one was looking at. The hum of the transporter broke the silence as Jason, Michael, and four junior officers appeared in a shower of sparks.

=^=Harn, to Olinski, the Dragoon away team has made it down and safe,” Jason said as he touched his combage.

Jason Harn, XO, starting the Dragoon thread.

Michael let out a deep breath. “Sir. Do you want us to get right on main power? Or do we have some other priorities?”

-Lt Michael Gould, CE

“No, no, main power is good,” Jason assured him. “If that planet gets its microwave weapon functioning again, we’ll need power for the shields. Nobody wants to see the first officer freak out again,” he smiled sheepishly.

OOC: According to the TNG episode “Relics” it takes ten minutes for a Next Gen ship to turn on it’s warp drive when its turned off. My one hour estimate was for 23rd century ships. Oops.

Jason Harn, XO

“Ok,” he looked to his team “let’s get down there.” He hopped into the jeffries tube and headed down to engineering. A cold start on a Pendragon class. It was a crisis, he could feel the pressure. But there was a little bit of fun. Cold starts weren’t common practice.

-Lt Michael Gould, CE
OOC: I don’t know if the team is splitting, or if we’re all headed down to engineering, so I don’t know whether or not to create a separate thread for engineering so Harn can stay on the bridge.
