I just want to let everyone know that posting has been great. The ship looks great.We have a Fighter Wing, and have had one, for a long time now. That’s hard to maintain so I want to thank Terry for his work there and Melissa and Sam who have been pilots for longer than almost anyone else ever has. Timothy is new and we hope he can have that same level of success they have had.
You know its easy to overlook a long time crew member because we just get used to their good work. However I simply never have done this with Luke as the CSO and 2nd Bridge Officer. Thanks Luke for your work on the Away Team this go around. Good stuff.
R. Smith as the XO has been incredible. Great leadership and guidance.
John P is as always very interesting as the COS and I hope to see him humming along in that role for some time to come.
We have not had a CE in a consistent and successful way for some time and having Sam in that role really helps.
Tyra always holding down that important but sometimes overlooked Helm position is invaluable for us on the Olinski. Throw in here help as the CIO and that helps fill out the ships roles.
Emily in her new science role is a great find for us. We hope to retain her and expand the role.
I call him our combat CNS because sometimes he is just in the middle of the action as anyone else. However Ray can show his softer side sometimes too. Its great to have a long time CNS.
Last but not least I want to thank Kenson. I have known him now for a long time. I don’t think I have shied away from saying he is one of my top 2 GM’s. I hope he stays with us for a long time because there is no steadier and consistent quality GM out there.
So thank you one and all for what you do. I hope as your CO, even now when I am busier, I meet your expectations. If not email me and we can get on Discord and talk about it. I love the Olinski and have no plans on going anywhere. Why would I with this great crew. Thanks.

Well said, Sid. This is a great crew and I hope to be able to keep the fighter wing alive for a long time. Since I’ve been in the club, I can’t honestly remember when one ship has had this active of a fighter wing. It always helps to have quality writers in those pilot roles and I feel we have that. It also helps to have a great GM with interesting sims to keep the pilots active. Kudos to Kenson.
At lastly, Sid, you deserve to pat yourself on the back. You’ve assembled a great crew that writes very well together. That goes without saying that you are the kind of captain people want to write for!!
