Hey all,

I apologize for my sudden disappearance about two weeks ago, but I had an accident at work where I ended p falling and breaking about 4 ribs. 20 years ago, I would have been able to take a fall like that, gotten right back up and said, “‘Tis but a flesh wound!” Not so much anymore!!!

I’m finally able to get in and out of bed by myself and sit at a desk again for more than 5 painful minutes at a time. I’ll be spending this weekend trying to get caught back up. If I miss a thread that I’m involved in, please just bump me and I’ll get to it.

Anyway, happy to be back!!!

Terry

So I guess the flying pounce hug with a triple back twist is out of the question?

Glad you are ok.

Meli

Give me another week before you try that!!

I know your pain as getting older takes double the time to recuperate from any injury much less the one you described. Take it easy and do not sweat it. You have awesom Squad Leaders.

Sidney

No doubt about that, Sid!!

That does sound painful… I am also glad that you are recovering.
Kenson

I’ve been able to cut back significantly on the pain meds. . . as long I as I don’t cough, or sneeze, or burp. . . or try to move too quickly. 4-wheeling in the jeep is going to be out of the question for a while, too!! –Terry
