As he sat in his office, the crew was having some difficult time adjusting to the amount of loss that they had have had dealt with. Loosing the amount of friends like that in battle hurts cause it’s something that no one wants to face. It’s a life or death situation that yes everyone might not want to ever go through but it’s life. They have to and as he is the counselor he is willing to have them sit down and tell him about how they feel. It is also cause he cares about them and never want to see anyone hurt again.
