As Gibbs went to the captain’s quarters, he thought that would be a good idea to go to the captain’s quarters to ask the captain about the young ensign that came by to his office. He never thought that it would come to this but he thought it would be better talking to the captain about testing the ensign. He then chimes the captain’s ringer and stands outside awaiting orders to come in. He knows that testing the young ensign is the right thing to do but he wants the captains opinion.

“Enter.” Came the reply.

The door swooshed open.

“Welcome Counselor. Come in and whats on your mind?” He said as he motioned him in.

Parker CO

“Hello captain. Uh it’s this Foghorn captain. With your permission of course if I can do some physcological testing on here. He um apparently uh has this thing with a couple of our officers. One of those officers are a engineering officer and a science officer. Although, they are married. Athough with your permission sir, of course to do the phsycological testing on him, with your permission of course.” He said as he asked permission to do so. Although, he know that he can do something like that but it is always best to ask permission more then anything.

CNS

“Counselor however you want to manage it is fine with me.” The Captain answered. “However its very dangerous, even if it seems simple, these type of situations on a ship. In the old days of submarines on Earth there were strict protocols in place. We are not at that constant readiness level on a modern starship but this is still the type of things we like to avoid. Its not our job to manage preferences and love affairs unless its detrimental to the ship. In this case I think this fits.”

The Captain meant what he said. Something simple like this could create turmoil or worse.

“Don’t you think some marriage counseling might need to be considered as well. Foghorn did not get into this by himself you know. There are two other parties that seem to need to reassess things.” He added.

Parker CO

“Yes sir. But,” He says hesitant. “what should I do with the husbands? They don’t know about the whole affair, I am more then willing to do with marriage counseling, but I should consult with the wives before doing it first. Although, I don’t know if they want to cause they might feel like they are in trouble.” He said.

OOC: Should I email the two, if they are even on board?

“Transfer Foghorn off the Olinski to a land based post. I don’t care if its on a shuttle or an escape pod. Set him up with counseling there and lets wash our hands. Sometimes the simplest answer is the right one.” The Captain said.

Parker CO

“Yes sir. I’ll transfer Foghorn on a shuttle and send him on his way. What about the other two sir?” He asked.

CNS

“Let them alone. Neither knows so why even make it a point. Sometimes Counselor you have to know when to walk away.” The Captain said with a small smile/

Parker CO

“Yes sir. Even though I know as the counselor, I don’t like to let my patients go unless if necessary. And with your permission sir, to transfer Foghorn on a shuttle at 19:00 and send him to a starbase, so they can evaluate him?” He said with a slight smile but also then was serious.

CNS

“Make it so Counselor. Also I need you to evaluate the Xindi and tell me if they might be looking at an internal conflict or expansion based on their past preferences. We need, if its even possible, a psychological profile to work from.

Parker CO

“Yes sir. But uh a eval on the Xindi? Like what am I look at? Sir.” As he was wondering about the Xindi.

CNS

OOC: Go ahead and join the Bridge thread so we can go over the Xindi.
IC:

“What ever you can find that helps us understand them more.” He answered. “You are dismissed.”

Parker CO

IC: “Yes sir. Right away.” He said to the captain.

OOC: Alright.
