Welcome new CAG and Grn Squad Ldr

I want everyone to welcome our new CAG, Jerome, to the ship. He brings a ton of experience to the role and I’m really excited to have him.

He also brings with him Joana as the new Grn Squad Ldr and she is super active with the use of NPCs for recon.

Both of these additions add an immense opportunity for the Fighter Wing and I ask we all help them develop it. CNS get ready. Pilots are notoriously difficult to work with.

Also we change from a standard SF ranking to a SF Marine based one so there will be adjustments to make as we progress.
