Well, things had changed quickly, as they often did on the ship, but while Cori was a little uncertain what would happen with her therapy sessions, she was glad to know that Royal wasn’t going anywhere.

Uniform on and emitter firmly affixed, Dalton slipped into the security office looking for Sinclair since she knew he was here (which was always one perk of her life these days).

Royal was indeed in the office… surrounded by crates he was apparently unloading. Looking up and seeing her, he smiled. “Good morning! And how is my former patient doing today?” he said with a grin. He was sweating a bit, as if he had just exerted himself.

“Trying to keep up apparently. Though I have to say, having the computer do your mental calculations makes it far more efficient,” Cori said as she moved into the office and rested a hand on a stack of crates. “And here I thought you were going to help me hunt for belongings. Seems to me you’ve got enough on your plate,” she teased. “Thoguh I’m happy to help if you want it.”

“I could use the break, actually.” he said and set the last of the contents of one crate on the desk. “One down… many many many to go.” and he laughed. “So… ballet slippers, right?”

“Pointe shoes, to be correct. Two different things, not that most people would know the difference,” she said with a grin.

Cori sighed slightly. “The problem is, where do we even start? I mean, I am the computer for all intents and purposes. I can tell you where every piece of cargo is and where my stuff was put into storage and forgotten about. What I can’t tell you is why one crate is and whether it’s even on the ship.” It could be gone entirely, she knew that, but she was trying to hold onto some sort of hope.”

“Well, best place to start is where you think they were last. So… lead on.” and he extended his armntowatds the door.
