“Then someone should be answering if we call correct,” Nat’s hand reached towards her comm badge.

Hannah sometimes spoke before she should. Her agitation showing as she started signing in a forceful manor when she muttered to herself, “You would think so, but apparently I didn’t phrase my request correctly. Unless comms are down too.”

=/\=Sickbay to bridge status report,=/\= she activated the comm.

Lt. Commander Natasha Knight CMO
Lt jg Asimina, Doctor

Suddenly, the air next to Asimina shimmered before it coalesced into the form of a person. Electric blue eyed and raven haired, she looked around curiously. “Looks like we have a problem down here. Can I help?” Cori said as she assessed the systems issues in the blin of an eye. Quite literally.

Hannah’s implants suddenly went crazy, the buzzing catching her off guard, so she missed the sudden shimmer and appearance of Cori. Her hands signed, finally not in a rude way but with relief. She had been starting to think that something was wrong on the ship when no one from engineering or the bridge responded to her comms. “We had a power fluctuation. The computer said there is a fluctuations in the main power grid and secondary systems. I was going to ask for an analysis, but I probably wouldn’t understand it so I reported it to you all in engineering. I reported it to the bridge too because I hadn’t heard back and I was worried something was wrong.” Hannah’s voice is very different, almost like she has cotton or marbles in her mouth that she’s trying to speak around making her pronunciation slightly off as well, but she speaks as clearly as her ‘accent’ will allow.
Lt jg Asimina, Doctor

The holographic woman’s brows lifted and she just looked her over for a moment before focusing on what might be the issue at hand.

Cori would detect that several power converters and relays were still damaged from their previous mission. Communications were functioning normally. Cori would also be able to detect a hint of something in the main computer. Something that was not supposed to be there. For all intents and purposes, it appeared to be some kind of virus.

The ships comm’s opened, and Tellers voice came through just then, followed by the Captains adding more information.

=/\= A probe was destroyed by what appears to be a fighter or corvette class ship, we are scanning for further information. =/\= Came from the CSO

=/\=Doctor, a team is heading to Engineering to check on the power fluctuations you are experiencing, we may also be having some communications issues as it seems you haven’t been able to get through to them. We will keep you informed of what’s going on. In the meantime, how are the preparations for t a high oxygen environment coming along and how badly are these fluctuations effecting you, Doctor Knight?=/\=

Captain Knight

Well that was convenient. Her slightly disembodied voice sounded through the comm. =/\=Captain, SARAH here. I don’t know why they’re being problematic now but there are some relays and converters that need repairing. But more worrisome is that there is something else n the systems. Something foreign. Not quite like before but you know I’m getting a little tired of having to defend my territory. Shall I go hunting?=/\=

~Corinne Dalton/SARAH

=/\= SARAH, you have my full blessing to go and hunt down whatever is lurking in the dark corners of the Saracens mainframe. Just make sure my replicator can still make coffee when the smoke clears. =/\= Dante replied, with a half thought as to what might still be in their systems after their foray into the Mirror Universe.

Captain Knight, CO

The woman with the vibrant blue eyes grinned. =/\=I’ll be sure to use stun settings. Back in a jiff,=/\= she said before shimmering and disappearing.

~Corinne Dalton/SARAH

Hannah’s eyes widened and then she shook her head. Some kind of EMH for the ship? She had absolutely no idea. She turned back to the rebreathers she was checking. That didn’t take long and she set the last set aside for Dr Knight to check. Then making herself useful, and not knowing what else an away team might need or what was really going on she started prepping emergency medkits. Okay prepping was the wrong word, more like checking the kits because they were already packed. While she worked she kept an eye on the console next to her to see how many times, if any, the power would fluctuate again.
Lt. jg Asimina, Doctor

For now it appeared that the consoles had went back to operating normally. There was no flickering.

-GM SEMAJ

As the consoles resumed normal operation, Tomas lifted his hands from the controls and waited a moment. Like he expected it to play up again suddenly. “Well, it looks like whatever that was, it sorted itself out,” he said and turned back to Asimina, helping her to ready the devices to be used by the away team.
