Slipping back out of her physical form Cori shifted and let her awareness expand as SARAH, seeking out the intrusion. What form did it take? Was it sentient or a computer program. These things would determine how she approached the situation and determine what risk there was to herself and the crew.

~SARAH

At first she would not be able to detect anything. But then there was an image of a little girl. She had ebony skin and curly black hair. Her eyes were icy blue and she wore a dress of pale lavender.

The little girl seemed to notice SARAH and turned and ran away, disappearing into the void that made up the mainframe.

While it wasn’t necessary, SARAH opted to reciprocate appearance and appeared in a soft flowing Grecian style white gown. “Hello?” she said in her most soothing and gentle voice as she moved through the ether that was the Saracen. “I’m SARAH, Where are you?”

OOC: Is this part dead now that we’ve moved ahead in the sim? ~Linds

OOC: I am so sorry I thought I had posted here but didn’t… my bad!

The little girl appeared once more. She stared at SARAH intently for a few moments.

“Do you wanna play with me?” The girl asked. She began skipping away, humming a tune.

Cori followed, her long legs carrying her swiftly even though this was entirely a non-existent environment. “What do you want to play?” she asked with a smile.

The girl stopped, looking back up at SARAH curiously. “How did you get here?” She asked. She reached out and tugged at the long flowing dress that SARAH was wearing. “I’ve been here all alone since that other lady left me here.”

Cori crouched down so she could look the little girl in the eyes. It was hard o explain the swirl of emotion she felt given that aside from a couple of instances she had always bee alone in the “ether”. She wasn’t sure how else to explain it and it seemed a fitting expression. “Well, I’m often here and I know how sad it can be to be alone. Who was the other other lady? Can you describe her?”

Though she couldn’t quite split her presence, being inside the computer meant she could split her attention to a degree, so Cori sent a little message to the bridge.
