Rende left Korczak’s office, PaDD in hand. She looked at it again…how, after all this time, could it be possible? Rende stopped in the corridor and stared at the image. He hadn’t aged a day, well maybe a day after 3 centuries. Their son. She reached up to her ear and pressed at the small device. A hold over from their days before Earth. Neither one of them was really ever comfortable not being connected, not having direct communication. “Eldorin, my love, where the h$## are you?” And Rende started moving toward the nearest lift, her stride eating up the distance, a fierceness to her gaze as she headed towards him.
