Piper sat in the back of the shuttle and waited for it to dock with the Europa. She had been working with Matty Sullivan at Star Fleet Corps of Engineers and was thrilled that she would be working on the ship that her mentor had been of for years. She only hoped that she could do as good a job as Madison had. She had tried to glean as much information before she left as she could. Now the ship was looming in front of her and she was in awe of the size....as they docked and she passed through the hatchway and set foot on the deck, she felt a sense of elation, something that she had been working towards for so long was now a reality. Grabbing her bag, she headed to her quarters and then began the process of boarding.
