It was about fifteen minutes later and Mattie was back on the Bridge “Hopefully what I sent will work.” She said as she resumed her station.

Mattie looked around “Anything new?” She asked as she began running additional scans on the engines and systems to make sure everything was stable and ready to go should they need to make a quick retreat.

“All’s quiet on the northern front.” Marsh would frequently try to make the conversation interesting by referencing literary works, holo novels, or some other random bit of history that found its way into his cranium.

“I think they got your care package,” the Captain said. “Haven’t yet heard what is happening with it.”

We’re awaiting the data transfer.=^= She said “Captain, I have set up a secure server for the data to go to once we get it off the ship.” She said “I expect that it is going to have some corruption due to the age, but well see what happens.” She wasn’t not a scientist but she understood the aging process of machines and something this old was bound to have corruption of some sort and she didn’t want it to affect the main computers of the Europa.
