Hi guys,
I believe that the crew is kind of lost as to how to proceed, as the posting for the main sim has gone down. So, I am going to give a update on what is happening so far and the possible routes to take for the sim:
1) The Genesis had encountered the Pallasians and have made first contact.
2) There were two away teams who has gone to the main planet and observed the goings-on. The Pallasians have requested to join the Federation.
3) A probe from Pallas was retrieved from space by a third away team led bu the XO.
4) The present position of the Genesis is at the other planet in the system where there are people living on the moon of that planet, where a fourth away team has been formed to meet with the inhabitants in the moon.
5) The CSO, who is from the future, has information about the Pallasians, but is worried what he shares might transgress the Temporal Prime Directive.
The possible routes are:
1) The two away team members (who are not in the third away team) would have to compare notes to evaluate if the Pallasians could apply for membership in the Federation. The contents of the probe could be examined as well.
2) Broker a peace between the ‘pirates’ and the main government.
3) Send all reports to Starfleet HQ with their recommendations and leave Pallas to explore further.
Hope this helps. I know it sucks when the sim seems to be going nowhere.
