Jasper left sickbay and headed back to engineering to deal with his normal shift there as he took a seat at his station. He went through the logs to make sure he was not redoing someone else’s chore. He picked a new assignment and headed off to the bridge for some bridge station duty which he hadn’t done in quite some time in the past. as he moved to the lift as the doors opened to an empty car He spoke briefly bridge as the doors closed and he was off to the bridge. It took no time to arrive there is the bridge seemed mellow at the moment as he took a seat at the engineering station as he signed in. looked over the monitors. He had nothing to report at the moment as he got settled in.Ensign Jasper Ericson Jo Engineer
An Ensign was sitting comfortable with a book in his hand,on hearing the bridge door open he looked up and saw Jasper heading towards the station.
‘’Hey there engineer’‘ the young man called out ‘’What are you doing on the ship, aren’t you suppose to be on shore leave?’‘.NC Ensign.
“Long story. Its safer up here.” Jasper commented calmly. “If you insist me not to come to the station I will go deal with a haircut and maybe something to eat.”Jasper waited calmly for a reply.
