It was a day later again and Lecture Hall 2A called William for his lecture =/\= Lt Williams please report to lecture hall 2a for your lecture thank you..=/\= The comm said.

Will hit the comm next to his guest quarters and mumbled something sounding more like a drowning squirrel than anything else. He rose from his bed and looked around his room. He didn’t remember coming home last night, in fact, the last thing he remembered was winning a game of darts back in Inverness, Scotland. He grabbed a prepared glass of water next to his bed. He downed the drink and got his feet. Ten minutes later he’d showered and gotten dressed. He grabbed the prepacked bag and scratched his head “Well thanks whoever that was” He said as he left his room and made his way to the lecture hall.

Twenty minutes after his wakeup call he arrived in the hall and placed his bag on the main desk. He pressed the comm unit on the desk =^=You can get the cadets in here by the end of the hour, I have all I need here, just give me a few minutes to set up=^= He said as he started preparing for his lecture.

Captain John Glen arrived back from his visit to Paris and seemed refreshed and happier. He made his way to the lecture hall 2a looking forward to this lecture. He hoped it might explain some things he still didn’t fully understand. It was unfortunate that quite a lot of the weird physics they had experienced was still classified or else the lecture would be even better.

By the time that Captain Glen arrived the cadets had all taken their places. He looked around for the rest of his crew.

Cross quietly sat near the Captain, she did look tired but her porcelain skin had a tint of tan. Nudging Glen the CMO asked ‘’How was your trip to Paris? Have you seen your son Sir?’‘.

“I did see my son, yes!” replied Glen. “But it was a very brief visit and as he had school in the morning, he was in bed early. He’s growing into a fine young man though, so I’m glad I got the opportunity to go there…”

Cross could see he was visible delighted with the opportunity that he had a chance to meet his son and without a word just pressed his hand then letting it go. In a way the Captain was lucky...... for she would never lay eyes on hers.

…And I hear that you’ve been to the United States of Africa? I’m jealous!”

The doctor nodded ‘’Quiet so,it has been somewhat of an experience, I got to meet the CoS ‘s large family and acquired some knowledge of their culture. How diverse our planet is Captain, when you really do think about it,’‘ she commented more to herself then to anyone else.

“Did you get to see the wildlife reserved parks? It’s one of the few places left on Earth that still has animals roaming free in the wild.”

“That she did, Captain.” came the low baritone of the Security Chief’s voice from behind as he maneuvered himself to a seat directly behind them. “It was an impromptu safari, one might say.” he added with a twinkle in his eye.
