“At this point my recommendation is two-fold, Captain. First, we report the fraternization to the Red Squad Faculty Advisor. I am quite sure that the situation will warrant a dismissal from the Academy for the Cadet; possibly a disbanding of the Squad itself as they failed to monitor and report. That report, Captain, will then go to the Commandant of the Academy. At that point, I am sure the records of all Red Squad Cadets will be at least tarnished, if not more so Sir.” and paused before speaking again.

“My second recommendation is to report the findings of the fraternization to Federation Security, Sir. As the Admiral’s wife is privy to the Admiral’s schedule, meetings, private discussions, and other sensitive areas of the Flag Officer’s life - and coupled with the fact that she has knowingly engaged in violations of protocol and Star Fleet regulations - then she will need to be investigated to see if her disregard for the Admiral was symptomatic of a larger breach of security. To be frank, Captain? She is now a security risk… if not an outright threat. I would assume FedSec will detain her for questioning. After Star Fleet is done with the Cadet here; I would imagine FedSec will have some questions for him as well… when he becomes a civilian.”

“Fine!” replied Captain Glen. “I think we still have time to make both those suggested reports. Unless you have a different idea, Cadet Jameson?”

After a moment the cadet shook his head ‘no’ followed with. “..No sir, nothing else to say then what I have.” he said seemingly ready to face what music may come.

“Then make the reports to FedSec and the Faculty Adviser,” Glen told Nkosenye. “I will inform the Admiral. You had best take him along with you.”

Cross took a deep breath, finally maybe she could spare a few hours of shopping. The Captain was going back to the Admiral and he had not ordered her to go with him,she understood is was futile whatever was or had been going on, this Admiral had to to deal with it himself and crying like a baby would obviously get him nowhere.

‘’Captain may I now be excused ?’‘ the doctor asked with an assessing look in her eyes.

“Of course!,” replied Glen. “You were concerned about the Admiral’s state of mental health? How can I break this to him easily?”

Cross bit on her lower lip before answering ‘’Well Captain it was you who was worried, after all I never met him to assess and evaluate.Maybe if you speak to the Academy doctor about your concern he might refer him to a psychiatrist’‘ the doctor replied and waited for an answer.

If Glen would want her to talk to the Admiral Cross was in no position to decline an order even if she thought that at this point it was not their calling to do so.

“Yes, it is something I need to do,” replied Glen. “Sorry to involve you. Go to Africa with Nkosenye. Make sure you enjoy yourself.”

OOC: You guys nailed it, there wasnt anything big to do other then discover the affair and report it in as I said this sim was meant to be laid back…
OOC: Got it!

The guilty cadet just waited to be led away seeming to ponder his fate to come and his actions to date.

Glen left to tell the Admiral what had been found during the inspection, though he was convinced that the Admiral was already aware.

  • Glen, CO

OOC: Thought so :)

Cross did not need to be told twice ‘’See you later ‘’she called as the doctor dashed out of the room and within a few minutes was out in the streets of San Fransisco heading for the shops.
