Emi’ko
Tia was in her office with a myriad of PaDDs scattered on her desk. She was looking from one to another and back as well as intermittently at her console. Her brow was furrowed in concentration, but she was humming an absent tune that seemed almost like a haunting lullaby. Her red hair, though still in a coil on her head, had started to escape in strands that framed her face like a halo of strange fire. And her eyes, once in a while glancing upwards as if searching in her mind for something, were a deep hazel flecked with witchfire green flecks this time.
Lt Tiastri Ezial Chief Engineer
A tall Caitian walked into the office of the Chief Engineer she had tawny fur with dark stripes her eyes were a bright yellow and despite being well endowed she had a very lithe and nimble form each of her movements was graceful and beautiful “I am Emi’Ko I am leading the Stations repair team coming to assist the repairs!” she purred handing a Padd to her counterpart with the orders

OOC: Your welcome to continue this thread, but I’ve requested Emi’Ko to attend the briefing (different timeline to this thread) because I would like her Ship Designer’s input into the Warp Signature analysis of the ship from the First Contact race. So, you can also post there too.

Lost the thread in my lists… sorry))Tia looked up and smiled. “I’m aware of your reputation, Emi’ko,” she stood up and nodded respectfully. “Welcome aboard. I suppose we should get to it since I don’t need to brief you on the ship, itself. Shall we just see what we’ve done versus what you had hopes for?” She laughed and walked around the desk to motion for the woman to precede her. “And please, call me Tia. Easier on the lips.” She smiled and followed the woman. This was a chance she wasn’t going to turn down. The ability to actually work side by side with the person who had designed the very ship she kept running. Excitement was more than obvious on her face.

CE“I am not a fan of some of what you have put this ship through however I have already discussed this with the captain” she said “Where are the main Systems that we need to put back in order?” she added trying to be polite and not anger the chief after talking with the captain Emi was starting to consider a change in direction for her career and she wanted the ship on her if she was going to go that route

Tiastri smiled. “I can understand your trepidation at learning we have mutated your baby.” She was sympathetic to the woman’s concern. “But sometimes out here, we have to ‘grow up’ faster than the ship allows and make changes on the fly and repairs however we can.”
Moving to the main terminal, she pulled up the programming. “Here is what we have. Though I am not sure it needs to be ‘put back in order’. Perhaps the parameters could be modified to make it run smoother. But I don’t see a need to set her back to factory spec, if you will forgive my boldness.” She shook her head to emphasize the lack of desire of the conversion. “Several things on this ship would literally cease to function if we went back that far. But I am happy to get your help and input on how to make the changes more integral to the current updates we have done. Perhaps streamline some of the power fluxuations we are experiencing now and then.”
