Backtracking the power systems took a while, but eventually they found a breakage in the green colored circuit boards and a power supply point half way across the deck plate in a service hatch. Replacement once found was easy enough thanks to the Alstair engineers on hand with native replacement parts. A few connectors here and there and the lights to the computer core began to slowly come alight.

As soon as the Computer core starting lighting up William got to work seeing if he could download its contents to his tricorder.

CSO

Getting a connection this time the CSO began a slow download process on the computer core. At the current processing time it would take about 30 minutes.

William looked at the countdown and frowned. Thirty minutes was a lifetime, but he could be patient. He looked at the computer core and tired to will it to download faster.

Tia and the Alstair engineer had been laying across from one another on the deck plates for over an hour when the whir of computers made Tia raise her head and brush errant strands of hair from her face. “Well, looks like that did it. Shall we see how we did?” She rose up with a soft groan at having been in an awkward position for so long. “Computer, run diagnostic.” She said absently before realizing their systems may not respond to such commands. A soft giggle escaped her lips realizing her assumption.

Tia CE

No reply came to Tia’s vocal command the computer was far too primitive to accept such things.

That said once she got to what seemed the power supply diagnostics she found the fuel levels were very low, running off the portable fusion batteries that the other Alstair had brought. The sleeping pods were the biggest draw right now, followed by something unidentified in the lower cargo bay where colonial supplies were kept.

CSO

OOC: Sorry for the delay!

Thirty minutes passed slowly but surely, finally the CSO had a full information download he could go through including the navigation charts and library access.

William began checking the journey of the sleeper ship and the latest information before they lost power.
