Tia moved with the rest down to the cargo area where the readings were strongest. While she was grateful for the security detail, she only hoped they wouldn’t be in the way if this was more than something they could shoot their way out of.

Coming to the location, she lifted her tricorder and began to slow everyone down. She didn’t want them blundering into something they didn’t want to blunder into. “Ok, the readings are definitely nearby. I would say.... within a few dozen feet of here.” She swept the machine back and forth trying to figure out the location. Looking up, she wondered what it could be. Her eyes scanned the area as they got closer.

Scans showed the power draw was coming from one of the large shipping crates, nearby. It was 10 feet high by 15ft wide in a rectangular shape. A power cable from a non-natural hole in the box was snaking out and connecting to a nearby power tap into the sleeper ship’s systems. Scans showed the make up of the power draw seemed unstable, and fluctuating in an up and down pattern on the matrix chat for power levels.

CSO

OOC: I’m just waiting for the CE to reply, or if you prefer Hjortour you could play an NE filling in for the CE’s team to move things along here.

GM CockRoach

NE SPecs moved up to the box looking for a way to open it, he popped open the communicator [O]Specs here, I’ve got a box with a power cable coming from it, looks like it’s drawing power from the ship. Opening now[O]

William answered with a simple ‘Copy’ And waited.
