Dawson checked his gear. Solid as usual. “Doing just fine Mr. Barnes. Yourself?” said the El Aurian. Nobody here knew of his heritage of course. That was closely guarded. But they would likely soon understand the type of knowledge he possessed.

-Dawson, Owner of Secret Securities

TYra nodded her head “Keep it down folks. We don’t want to give away our position.” She said as she moved forward slightly to see exactly where they were and if they were in position to take care of their part of the situation.

OOC: @Tyra- You enter into a connecting tunnel that has less wind, about the width of one person crouching down. So it’s a tight squeeze, but manageable. You see about 3 vent openings across from your entrance, all bolted from the other side and with grate coverings. If you look through the covering’s slits, you’ll see dimly lit shadows of cages and two men. The men are shifting a cage with the animals the others were sent to get. The middle vent’s bolts have their ends peering out on your end, which can be easily cut and pushed out. That would release the covering. However, it will fall into the room rather than into the tunnel and risk alerting the men inside. The others are not able to see this as clearly as your character is.

IC: Barnes looked back at Dawson, his nerves showing clearer than day. He had been about to answer when Tyra pointed out that they needed to be quiet and nodded at her.

“Yes, you’re right. Sorry.” He apologized as he crawled closer, keeping behind her but able to assist her if needed.

-NE Matt Barnes

OOC: Bump to keep this on the board and not lost.

Tyra moved forward slightly and began looking for the easiest way to get out of the vents. She worked quietly as her fingers went around the edge of the vent grate.

The screws came off easier than expected. They plopped into the tunnel and silenced by Tyra catching them. When the last screw finished, the vent grate came off and revealed the interior. In the tight spaced tunnel were many cages. Within each one was one or two animals, pacing or slumbering in small quarters. Some looked rather ragged from their less than ideal habitat.

Ahead of their position, a few voices drew closer. Two were familiar while the other wasn’t. If they didn’t move fast, they were at high risk of being spotted.

OOC: Bumping to keep on the board.

Tyra looked at the others and ducked out of the way “Come on.” She said quietly.
