OOC: Please do not assign actions or reactions to other persons characters. They will react to the comments in the manner the character would normally do so in a similar situation. Thank you.IC: Longstreet had not heard what Shinzak had said but did pick up the request to speak louder by Karlson and something about Shinzak thinking he was to harmed. Longstreet opened his terminal and started an investigative file on Shinzak as a person of interest. The man was not behaving like a profile Reman executive he had ever seen. The best thing was him to go see Karlson. If there was a criminal act involved here then it was his jurisdiction. House party crashers was not his thing.
Shinzak then moved to his vehicle and proceeded to bolt as quick as he could to the police HQ, where he immediately asked the entrance staff to see Karlson.

Since Shinzak has potentially blown a cover identity, no one batted an eye when he was placed under high grade surveillance. “My, my. Mr Shinzak keeps himself busy.” The real Nicholas Ramsay looked panicked. “Shouldn’t we be worried?”
“Mr Ramsay, this is the Intelligence world. There’s always a solution. Right now the solution is to let one overeager Reman embarrass himself in front of Starfleet Security and local Police. He is the boy who cried wolf. Man had invitation, was asked to leave, politely did so. No crime was committed on Mr Shinzak’s property last night.”-Nicholas James, Section 31
OOC: Correction. Ramsay did not have an invitation.
Luke P
OOC: He had the forgery, made using samples from other invitations. It looked authentic, even to Shinzak at the time.

“But I didn’t have an invitation!” Ramsay said. “Finally. You’re getting to the point. You had this.” The CIO tossed Ramsay a PaDD with a forged invitation on it. “The story goes, it was delivered to your office by mistake. You had inquired about entry, and through oversight, received an invitation. Your name had been noted down as someone to point out to Shinzak. One mistake snowballs… All of our bases are covered. That’s even signed by Mr Shinzak. I believe the signature was taken from the Chief of Police’s invite.”

At the entrance of the Police floor of the Government building, a uniformed officer waited for Shinzak and wordlessly escorted him through the groups of people. On the other end of the floor, a large double-sided oak door. The Officer nodded to the Secretary seated next to the door who pressed a button and exchanged a few words. A moment later the door opened revealing a sizeable office. On the left three rows of shelves filled to the brim with books, pictures, and memorabilia from Josephs long career as both a Marine and Police Chief. On the right, there was a drinks cabinet, an empty corner with a door and next to the large window a leather sofa and two large armchairs opposite a coffee table. Joseph was seated behind a large wooden desk with a few picture frames, a collection of PaDDs and other assorted office tools, a computer screen and a book. There were two chairs in front of the desk, in the Chair on the left a man in a slightly dirty jacket was leaning back with his legs on the Commissioners desk. Behind desk sat the Commissioner himself wearing a white shirt and dark blue waistcoat. Behind him, on his right, a coat hanger with a Blue Jacket and a large coat hung, on his left two flags were prominently displayed. The UFP Flag and the Oed V Government Flag.’
Joseph looked up for a moment then finished handwriting something down in the book on his desk. He closed the book and stood up “Mr. Shinzak, I believe you have some conspiracy or another to speak with me about?” The older man smiled slightly, removing the spectacles from his face and placing them on his desk.
Commissioner Karlson
“I believe my house has been the site of a calculated break in. I need some help with investigating that.”

Joseph blinked at Shinzak then glanced at the man sitting at his desk and gave him a gesture, the man removed his feet of the table and straightened up “Please have a seat” Although pleasant-sounding it was clear it wasn’t an offer of hospitality. Joseph himself sat down, groaning slightly and rubbing his bad leg a little “This wouldn’t happen to be the same ordeal as during your party?” He asked

bump
“Probably is. I think I’m being spied on.”
Shinzak
Joseph blinked twice, lowered his head and rubbed the bridge of his nose with his right hand for a good minute before speaking again “Alright listen” His tone was serious “you are going to need to elaborate, be precise and offer evidence. My people looked into the intruder of your party and so far he seems to be legit, if anything the invite into your party may have just been a clerical or computer error. I can send a detective to talk to him but showing up to a party with an invite is not illegal. Now you asked if I had access to some records or other?” Joseph crossed his fingers and waited for the Remans response.
Commissioner KArlson
“I am interested in having access to customs records on the space station. Anything you have would be appreciated,” Shinzak said.
It seemed really likely that Shinzak was either straight-up hallucinating or was on to an extremely savvy intelligence officer.
