After arriving on OED V and acquiring accomidations, she had gotten some decent food and decided it was late enough midday to hopefully catch the Governor before leaving, but after morning duties. She hadn’t bothered with medical or psych or any of the usual check ins she would have normally done. The last transport she had been on had given her a clean bill of health. And as for Counselors, the less she saw of them, the better.
She arrived at Dawkins’ office and nodded to the receptionist. “Afternoon, Brianna O’Harra. I had left word I was arriving today and seeking a moment of the Governor’s time. I was wondering when I could see him? I didn’t see a response in my communications queue, but I’ve been out of range a lot lately and thought maybe it hadn’t caught up with me yet.” She wasn’t dressed like the pristine woman behind the desk, but in a clean white wrap around top, with form fitting tan pants on(*), and a black belt and knee high boots, she wasn’t a total mess either.
The woman seemed perplexed but kind enough to tell Bri to take a seat and she’d see if he was available. Tapping out the request on her console, the woman let her Supervisor know he had company and relayed the woman’s name. She then went back to work. If the man wished to see her, he would. Otherwise, she would simply send her away to wait for a summons.
