OOC: Hello everyone! This is my first PRSIM which will emphasize building requirements for each department and consulting department heads and OED V colonial officers with their needs and wants. I will also be working with James Sinclair to build a map of OED V. Everyone on the board is welcome.IC:
The governor, lieutenant-governor, department heads and various other important persons would receive a message informing them of the desire of the Head of Building Operations to hold a meeting ascertaining building needs. A time and a place (the DOBC HQ) would be given.

Zerbo had on one of his best suits in order to get the permits he needed. He wanted to look very sharp and as First Assistant to the Grand Nagus himself, he was more than confident.
Hoka had on a nice suit as well and making sure he brought everything. He didn’t rely on countless aids like Dai’Mon Ress Zerbo did.
While Zerbo had his head turned away while tying his tie in the mirror he spoke in a harsh tone. “Do not get us arrested again Hoka! I will not be disgraced in public like that again. Do you hear me?”
“I do your Eminence. But it was not my fault. You were the one that escalated the situation. Not me.” Hoka spoke.
Zerbo turned quick on the heels of his highly polished shoes. “Me?! You welp! I have had my men watching you and you have spent over 360 million Latium of your own, for a Zoo and to expand it and to bring in scientists from all around to start foundations and research. And you have even asked me to help you pay for a school system complete with a university and all the bells and whistles. That alone is a fortune!”
Hoka was irritated. “All that has bought me a piece of mind and I am happier for it. We stand… you stand to make 1,000 times more profit then what you will be investing First Assistant. I have shown you the plans. Plus those atmospheric sensors will bring in the Latium faster than even you can count. I am entitled to my own business ventures.”
“You are entitled to nothing but which I grant you out of pity Dai’Mon Hoka. Nothing more! And if it were not for the life debt that I owe your father, you would have been killed by now. But I did not promise him that you can be a Dai’Mon! You are hereby stripped of your rank and title for the time being. I have spoken, Commander.” His little beety eyes went narrow as he laughed.
Hoka was shocked but not stunned. He knew he would do this someday. He was getting ready to retort before an aid came in. “First Assistant. The shuttle is ready for you to take you to your appointment.” After he bowed Zerbo thanked him and began walking to the transport. “You coming Commander?” He said without looking back.
Fast forward to the Office of Building and Construction. One of Zerbo’s aids was going up to the receptionist to tell her that they were there when Zerbo stopped him. “Have Hoka announce my presence. You and another role out the red carpet.”
Hoka was muttering to himself when he reached the receptionist. “Good day to you. Would you please tell Mr. Serik that his Royalness, First Assistant and second in charge to the Grand Nagus himself, Dai’Mon Ress Zerbo and Dai’....Commander Hoka is here to see him please about permits and the like. Thank you.” He waited in silence while the receptionist did their thing and two other Ferengi rolled out the red carpet for Zerbo to walk on.
