“Well I’m going to need a list of all the places you have under surveillance of course and I do mean all of them” Joseph smiled “But tell me, how can this be such a scary big crime boss that he only has you spying or discussing. As we’ve already discovered you two are not exactly intelligence experts and judging by your attempts against mister Dawson I’d say that you two are not masters of articulation either.” He leaned back “Now see I need information I can use, you only get a deal if your information is useful, so I hope you two are going to be useful…” There was kindness in his voice but not carelesness.
Commissioner Karlson
The shorter one spoke up quickly. “I actually think he has some sort of mental powers or something.”
The taller one smirked. “Not that again? Powers really? He’s persuasive is all.”
“We don’t know that for sure! How would he know so much about everyone in league with him? He’s got information, I tell you. I know it!”
Suddenly there was a slight disturbance at the door. “Commissioner! Get out of there!”
There was no room for reaction as a faceless figure moved through the door. It was a dark cloud like phenomenon and light flickered as though it were lightning in a small cloud. Dawson stood between it and the commissioner and activated a device on his wrist as he held up in a defensive posture.
“Mr. Karlson, a pleasure to finally meet you in person,” spoke the cloud in a hoarse voice. “I see you have found and detained a pair of my laborers.”
Dawson held his ground, but allowed the commissioner a chance to speak. He trusted the man somehow, especially given the leader of this so called ring had decided to show up.

-GoonsJoseph didn’t seem phased or bothered by the beings sudden appearance, in fact, he smiled softly as he stood up to face the creature “Oh please, the Pleasure is all mine” He leaned back on the table, raising a hand to calm his officers who had all appeared outside the room with raised weapons “I’d offer you a drink but I’m afraid we’re all out of Radiogenic Colas” Both his hands rested on his cane. “But now that I have you here, you wouldn’t mind answering a few questions would you?”

The clouded form of Leamas leaned forward with a smirk. “I will permit it, Commissioner Karlson,” he replied, his clouded hands resting on the shoulders of the two men they had been interrogating. They both held a firmly frightened gaze cast to the commissioner and Dawson.
